    Hybrid Training Shoes

    I love these shoes for hybrid training. They’re great on lower body days, super stable for lifts like squats and deadlifts, which is a huge plus. They also perform really well for sled work and other strength-focused movements.

    I’ve used them for short treadmill runs and HIIT workouts, they hold up great in those settings. However, they’re not designed to be true running shoes, so I wouldn’t rely on them for long distances or outdoor running/long walks necessarily.

    Overall, they’re a great all-around hybrid training shoe! I’m also a big fan of the colors, looks just as good as they perform!

    Awesome shoe!

    I love this shoe so much, fits perfectly and very comfortable, very stable and sturdy but also flexible. I do CrossFit and it’s great for lifting weights and all CrossFit movements. 10/10 would recommend for a CrossFit or other training shoe!
