Took a gamble on a new brand and I’ll never go back. I’ve tried metcons, nano’s, inov8 trainers and felt like they were all a waste of money. For the past couple years I’ve just been lifting in my Vans because everything else was over built, ugly, and didnt fit my foot right. I love my Vans but I need a little but of angle in the heel for squats and they’re not ideal for plyo and anything cardio related. Enter the move trainer: the most comfortable, ready to perform out of the box shoe I’ve ever worn. They’re extremely stable under load, but they’re springy for plyo and run well for speed work and short distances. No hot spots anywhere throughout the foot, and they look awesome. (Rule #1, always look cool) I wear a 9.5 in Nike’s and I have narrow feet, I dropped down to a 9 and they fit perfectly. I am a strength coach, military athlete and power lifter and these are the only shoes I need for everything I do. I can’t recommend these enough.
